The core of the rite is the following words:

I stand upon the gateway to the Many-Colored Lands, to claim my heritage and my place among the Clans of Faery Folke. Walk with me beyond the Veil.

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the deep places of the earth, I draw my ancestry. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the woods and wilds, I draw my life. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the rivers and springs, I draw my passion. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the winds and storms, I draw my freedom. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the moon and starry night, I draw my glamour. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of the sun and its fire, I draw my shining. I am no longer sundered!

I claim my heritage as one of the Elder Folke. From the power of Wyrd, I claim my birthright. I am Fae!

This can be used as-is, as a sort of prayer, or can be embellished in any way that pleases you. Open by calling on the powers of the directions. Create or find a symbol for each of the seven powers named, then use these in some way as you speak the lines; if they are physical objects, try laying them out in a circle and placing yourself in the center. Follow where majik leads you and see what variations or additions you come up with.
